If you need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Thomas’s practice. The entire staff is awesome, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I love the way my teeth turned out. I just love ❤️ my teeth 🦷 now. I can smile and not be embarrassed by the gap I had previously! Also happy the they accept monthly payments.

This place should absolutely not be in business. Dr. Mike Treated me like complete garbage. Yelled in my face while he was numbing my mouth because I groaned as it hurt. ‘We don’t need cry babies here’ screaming in my face as I was sobbing. Didn’t wait even 30 seconds for my mouth to numb before drilling into my filling actually came out because of his team. Claimed that the fix was his teams fault so he wouldn’t charge me for the visit and I still got the bill. They advertise orthodontia but ARE NOT LICENSED!!!! There is mold growing on the walls and clutter everywhere in the office. Absolutely will never go back

While the staff at Dr. Michael Thomas’s office are very friendly and kind, my clinical experience was deeply disappointing. The office environment is extremely cluttered and unorganized, which was my first concern. More importantly, Dr. Thomas failed to identify a fracture in an upper tooth that eventually worsened, resulting in me needing a full implant. ​I also had a recurring issue with a cap that would not stay on, requiring three separate visits. Despite me explaining that my bite felt completely off, my concerns were dismissed and I was told I was wrong. I ended up leaving the office in tears and will not be returning. I would advise others to seek a second opinion for any complex dental issues.

Very rude. I called twice. First time she picked up and said hold. Before I could say anything I’m on hold. 10 mins later I hang up call back, she picks up again “ plz hold” I try to say “ I was just on…” Than I’m on hold again. I was trying to tell her I already was on hold for ten minutes. If they can’t handle phone calls to schedule appointments they’re so busy. I don’t think anyone should be added on. Won’t get the attention we truly need. Health is more important than money.

When I first came to the office with my then 6year old , he needed caps put on two different teeth and a cleaning done. Instead they did the cleaning , and put two fillings in. They did not remove all of the decay from said teeth and put the filling in over the decay * fillings were also poorly done * within a 3 month span he has had 3 back to back cyst in his mouth from the infection and them saying " oh he will be okay we will do another round of antibiotics and if that doesnt work we will send him to a specialist. " This past week his face puffed up and was complaining of severe pain. I called in that morning they couldnt get us in until the following day, so I proceeded to find a different practice. Which is how i Found out they didnt remove all of the decay before doing the fillings and my child now has an infection in his jaw due to their negligence. Needless to say I DO NOT reccomend this dentist practice. Although the ladies their are very nice. When I called to complain about the issues. I was ignored. They took my info and refused to call back to hear my complaints.
